- The 2200 square foot condo is located directly across the street from the boardwalk
- Join our exclusive Referral Club!
- If after your stay, you refer a friend or family member to us and they end up staying at the condo, you will both receive a $50 reward after the referred party's stay. Now it pays to have fun!
- The house is not meant for partying, it is meant for a family environment and prom requests will be rejected.
- Property is nonsmoking. Smoking in the condo will forfeit the security deposit.
- Upstairs balcony provides guests with a beautiful view of the ocean, the boardwalk, and the bay
- A total of 10 people can be slept in the house:
- Master Bedroom - queen size bed and a double bed - up to 4 people
- Bedroom 1 - Double bed and a single bed - up to 3 people
- Bedroom 2 - Double bed and a single bed - up to 3 people
- A two car garage is available and all the sights are within walking distance so cars will not be required after arrival. No need to worry about troublesome parking at the beach which can be a complete nightmare.
- Two full entertainment systems are included. The family room includes Dolby 5.1 surround sound and a HDTV
- Washer and drier are included but you will need your own detergent
- Full kitchen is included with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and electric grill.
- Basic utensils and dishes are provided
- Towels, linens, and toilet paper (one roll per bathroom) are provided for your convenience
- Rental of the property includes four beach tags for the guests. Additional tags can be purchased at the beach.
- Wireless internet access is included for your convenience
- This property has many stairs and may not be ideal for the handicapped or the elderly with trouble with stairs

- Refundable security deposit of $500 - returned within two weeks if there are no damages
- Prices
- Off-peak season - September 12 to June 12 - $2,000 per week
- Peak - June 12 to September 12 - $2,500 per week
- 4th of July - June 27 to July 4 - $3,900 a week
- Cancellation Policy
- 60 days or more notice - full refund
- 31 to 59 days - 50% refund
- Less than 30 days - no refund unless successfully re-rented
- Fees - A $75 cleaning fee will be charged
- Personal check, money order, and bank checks are accepted
