The full size kitchen lets you cater to your family's tastes.
Included are a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, over, stove,
dishwasher, coffee machine, and a george foreman grill
(outdoor grilling is not allowed in the community).
Dining Room
The dining room offers the whole family a place to come together
after a long day at the beach to enjoy a delicious meal and some
conversation. Seating for six is comortably allowed, with stools
available for additional guests.
The Sitting Room
This well-lit room is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. The
numerous windows and abundance of sunlight make it a great
location to have some coffee in the morning while watching the
entertainment center.
The Family Room/Den
The family room is the ultimate place to relax after a long day
at the beach. It has plenty of seating, a fully functional wet bar,
and a great home entertainment system. Surround sound, a
high definition television (1080p), DVD player, cable, and
clear instructions on how to use all of the above are provided.
It also offers high ceilings, natural light from the skylights, and
a view of the upstairs to keep track of the kids or anyone else!
Also located behind the closets in the family room are the
washer and dryer which are available for our renters convenience.
Master Bedroom and Bath
The master bedroom and bathroom offer the luxurious treatment
for the heads of the household. The queen size bed and the full
size bed allow for maximum sleeping of four. It also has a mounted
flat-screen television for nighttime entertainment.
The bathroom also
has a jumbo-sized shower and two sinks to get everyone going
as fast as possible in the morning. Just one of the three bathrooms
in the house.
Upstairs Bedrooms
The two upstairs bedrooms each sleep up to three people. Each
has a full size bed and a twin size bed. Also, each bedroom has
access to the beautiful balcony, from which there is a view of the
ocean, the bay, and the boardwalk. Notice the view through the
windows in the bedroom pictures, it is stunning. Each of these
bedrooms also has a mounted flatscreen television. They share
a full bathroom to let everyone get ready in the morning.
Outdoor Shower
Also included is a fully enclosed outdoor shower. This is great for
washing all that sand off after a day at the beach or can be used
as a third shower for getting everyone ready in the morning.

The boardwalk offers endless entertainment and fun but if you
